Hello,

bit some circumstances pushed me into this unknown world KOMPAS-3D is a very powerful graphic program which helps to create drafts and 3D-models. AutoCAD and so on are too complicate and don't give what I need. But KOMPAS is really perfect. I tried a lot while trying to install it: throw Autorun.exe and copying installed on Windows program files on different version of bottles with different tricks, but i'm totally confused what to do next. This program very important to me and I want to install it ver hard.

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Hello,

When I am using space navigator with Kompas 3d v9 applicaiton it is very much like in dominant mode. To use 2 or more axes simultaniously you have to push the second axis hard and it kicks in. That way it is not possible to work with such fluidity like I used to in Solidworks - there you could pan, zoom and rotate simultaneously with vey fine motions...

Any help will be apprecited.

Hi,

Every time I switch between 2D view and 3D view using either F2 or F5 or F3 I lose my guidelines and even all my walls disappear or become grayed.. I am running the Student PC ArchiCAD ver 10 on WinXP svc pack 2, I know of other student users also currently experiencing exactly the same issue on varying hardware (PC) platforms.CauseThe cause is swtiching from 2D mode (F3 or F5) to 3D mode and back again via F2. Upon return to 2D mode all my walls and anything else I had previously draw have gone or become very grayed or dissapear entirely.I have found no solution, although due to the consistency of the error throughout other student users I have arrived at the conclusion that it is not a hardware based issue. Unfortunately I have duties at home so attending Uni 24 hrs is not an option for me, I have to work at home and this issue is having a massive impact on my work as I am simply finding CAD unusable with this issue, I dearly hope someone knows how to fix this bug.

Please help.

Hi,

Can anyone help with this?Im currently creating a 3d model in archicad of a site, which has a been surveyed in an autocad drawing.
In order to accurately get the levels onto the 3d model i need to somehow overlay my autocad drawing onto my archicad drawing so that i can draw on the contour lines from the survey. Can anyone suggest a way of importing an autocad drawing into archicad to scale so i can do this?

Please help.

Freelancing is a sort of employment which is conflicting however you will be paid very much in light of the customer you will get. Beginning with Freelancing is straightforward when you have adequate work in your grasp and the primary issue with Freelancing is there is no consistency in this sort of employment.
