Terms of Use KOMPAS Discussion Forum



Read this rules before posting in Forum, it will make the use of this discussion forum pleasant and convenient for all users. Starting using Forum means that user has agreed and accepted current rules and regulations.

Forum status



       
  1. KOMPAS Discussion Forum (here and after Forum) is the CAD professional oriented forum.

  2.    
  3. Forum is organized and supported by ASCON company.



Forum Discussions



       
  1. Please, read carefully the discussion categories and post messages at the relevant category.

  2.    
  3. Forum users should name topics and messages by appropriate, clear and descriptive title. Moderators have the right to move and edit bad titles to make forum's navigation more convenient for users. Bad title examples: “Question?”, “Need help!” etc.

  5. Review existing topics before creating a new one. Similar topics to be moved and unites by moderators.

  6.    
  7. English is the official forum language.



Users' nicknames and personnel data



       
  1. Nickname should be decent, clear and understandable.

  2.    
  3. It is preferable if user to point out real personnel data and e-mail at the registration.



Forum restrictions



       
  1. It is not allowed to post messages claiming any illegal ideas or appealling to any illegal actions.

  2.    
  3. Users should post in a way that is respectful of other users.

  4.    
  5. Discussions about searching, using and distribution of illegal (piracy) software products are forbidden.

  6.    
  7. Users are recommended not to use CAPS for whole the phrases, topics or nicknames. If it is necessary to paste important, please use caps for important phrases or words.

  9. Multiple posting of similar message in different or in the same conference is not allowed.

  10.    
  11. Posting empty messages or messages containing only “smiles” is not recommended.

  13. Any type of advertising for Internet-resources or products is not allowed without forum organizers confirmation (including url links, advertising phrases in signature, etc).

  15. Public discussions for moderators actions and personnel correspondence are not allowed.



Moderators' and administrator's actions



       
  1. Moderators and Administrator can make appropriate corrections in the forum messages, according to the current rules. Moderators and Administrator can make warning in case or current rules violation.

  3. User can be banned in case of regular rules violation and over 3 warnings from moderators.

  4.    
  5. After 3 warning user can be banned for: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. The terms are to be set by administrator depending of user's violations.

  6.    
  7. In case user, who have need banned earlier, get the new warning, banning terms to be prolonged further on.

  8.    
  9. Permanent banning is possible in extra-cases.

  10.    
  11. If banned user continue to post messages from another IP-address or from another nickname, these posts to be removed without preliminary notices and the banning term to be prolonged from the time of the last message.



Current Forum Terms and Conditions can be changed or added at any time by Forum Organizers. Forum Users to be notified about such changes not later then 2 days in advance of coming into force.
